Our ITIL-certified specialists are ready to take action in a timely and effective manner, remotely and/or on-site, to identify problems, manage incidents or changes, perform hardware replacements and software updates, and much more.
Care4You is a supplementary service that may be added to the Vendor’s warranties and support services, if any.

Lantech Longwave’s Help Desk, run by a team of certified systems administrators, ensure that service requests are handled quickly, standard changes are implemented, and incidents are managed, from identification through to resolution. We offer three levels of service support. In the event of complex software or structural issues, we will work in close partnership with the Vendor to find the best solution.
Incident Management
Lantech Longwave’s Incident Management service aims to minimise the negative impact of incidents and any other disruptive events by restoring normal service operation as quickly as possible. Designed with ITIL standards in mind, our incident management system will handle the entire incident response lifecycle, from ticket opening to ticket closure.
Spare Parts
Lantech Longwave’s Spare Parts service allows you to replace faulty, worn-out, or outdated hardware components. By having spare parts readily available, you can prevent operational disruptions, improving overall efficiency.
On-site interventions
Sometimes, remote support may not be enough to fully resolve an issue. Lantech Longwave’s On-site support involves having a technician or a team of technicians physically present at your company’s location to address any IT-related issues. We can also provide supplemental IT support to enhance your existing in-house IT capabilities.
