Our ITIL-certified specialists are ready to take action in a timely and effective manner, remotely and/or on-site, to identify problems, manage incidents or changes, perform hardware replacements and software updates, and much more. 

Care4You is a supplementary service that may be added to the Vendor’s warranties and support services, if any.

With Care4You, Lantech Longwave supports companies on-site and remotely, responding to service requests and resolving technical issues promptly and effectively.
